We are not a corporate provider - we’re built around relationships, clarity, and support. Every clinic receives tailored service, direct contact, and thoughtful solutions designed to make feedback easy and valuable.
With a background in Psychological Science, human behaviour, and hands-on experience working in a GP clinic, I founded Echo GP to bridge a gap I saw every day - the disconnect between recognising patient voices and turning that feedback into meaningful support for clinics and their teams.
While completing my degree and working in a GP clinic, I realised that many practices were left to navigate RACGP requirements on their own, often with generic tools that did not reflect their values or patient community. Echo GP was created to change that.
My goal is simple: to offer clinics a feedback experience that feels human, clear, and is genuinely helpful, not just another compliance task. I believe that when patient voices are heard through thoughtful and personalised tools, real improvement becomes possible. Echo GP exists to reflect care, amplify insight, and make accreditation easier for the people who provide care every day.
